产品用途与局限

PulseRest 是成年人日常健康观察工具，利用胸部机械运动提供心率和呼吸频率估计，不是 ECG、血压计、医疗器械、诊断、治疗或急救监护。不提供收缩压或舒张压读数，AI 也不能用曲线推算血压。运动、接触、姿态、设备和环境均可能导致误差或无法给出估计。免责声明不代表准确性已经验证。

安全使用

请依放置说明在静息状态测量，安全地扶稳手机，不要压迫胸口或影响呼吸。不要在驾驶、运动或不适时依赖本 App。胸痛、呼吸困难或晕厥等情况应寻求医疗帮助，不要等待读数或 AI。

免费版本与可选 AI

V1 免费，本机测量不限次数，每个安装身份每日最多 30 条完整有效 AI 回复（UTC 00:00 重置；追问计次）。这是按安装计算的额度，不是跨设备的每人限制；获得完整有效回复后，即使本机保存失败也计次。当前无订阅或应用内购买。AI 为可选的一般生活方式信息，可能出错，不提供个体医疗建议，不替代专业人士，也不推荐药物或排除疾病。

饮食建议不构成个体治疗食谱，不能依据本 App 的测量推断过敏、营养缺乏、疾病或用药情况。尝试具体食物前请核对过敏原、个人饮食限制及食物与药物相互作用；本服务不保证排除全部禁忌。不确定时请咨询医生、药师或营养专业人员。不要依据 AI 开始、停止、更换药物或调整剂量。

数据、服务使用与可用性

您保有本机数据的控制，可删除或导出。AI 数据共享受隐私政策及单独同意约束。进入分析页面不会自动发送健康正文；主动发送前需要相应的数据共享同意。本机删除不能撤回已交给供应商的数据，也不保证您导出的文件、其他副本或服务器备份随之删除。具体数据保留与清理边界见隐私政策。

请勿发送他人的健康信息、违法内容，或滥用服务、绕过限流、传播 API 密钥。服务可能因网络、供应商预算或容量、安全校验而不可用；本机功能不因此被付费锁定。

Purpose and limitations

PulseRest is an everyday wellness-observation tool for adults. It estimates pulse and breathing rates from mechanical chest movement. It is not an ECG, blood-pressure monitor, medical device, diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitor. It does not provide systolic or diastolic readings, and AI cannot calculate blood pressure from the curve. Movement, contact, posture, the device and the environment may cause errors or prevent an estimate. A disclaimer does not establish that accuracy has been validated.

Safe use

Follow the placement instructions and measure while resting. Keep the phone safely supported without pressing on your chest or restricting breathing. Do not rely on the app while driving, exercising or feeling unwell. Seek medical help for chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting or similar symptoms; do not wait for a reading or AI.

Free version and optional AI

V1 is free, with unlimited on-device measurements and up to thirty complete, usable AI replies per installation per day. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC and follow-up replies count. This is a per-installation allowance, not a per-person limit across devices. Once a complete, usable reply is obtained, it counts even if saving it on your device fails. No subscriptions or in-app purchases are currently offered. AI is optional general lifestyle information and may be wrong. It does not provide individualized medical advice, replace a professional, recommend medication or rule out disease.

Food suggestions are not an individualized therapeutic diet. App measurements cannot establish allergies, nutritional deficiencies, medical conditions or medication use. Before trying specific foods, check allergens, personal dietary restrictions and food/medicine interactions; the service does not guarantee that all contraindications have been excluded. Consult an appropriate clinician, pharmacist or nutrition professional when uncertain. Do not start, stop, substitute or adjust the dose of medication based on AI.

Data, service use and availability

You retain control over local data and can delete or export it. AI data sharing is subject to the Privacy Policy and separate consent. Opening Analysis does not automatically send health-related content; an active send requires the relevant data-sharing consent first. Local deletion cannot retract data already sent to providers, and does not guarantee deletion of your exported files, other copies or server backups. See the Privacy Policy for the specific retention and cleanup boundaries.

Do not send another person's health information or unlawful content, abuse the service, bypass rate limits or distribute API keys. The service may be unavailable because of network conditions, provider budgets or capacity, or security verification. Local features are not put behind a paywall as a result.
